We believe in changing the narrative around "challenging behaviors" by understanding them as natural responses to difficult situations. Our goal is to help you navigate these complexities with empathy, insight, and skill.
About Us
I met mark through my son in law. My dad had been going through later stages of Dementia and was still living at home with my Mum. Both were in their 70’s and it was all becoming too much for my Mum. After being introduced to Mark and explaining the circumstances, he took time out of his day to come around to my Mum and Dads house to have a conversation about what can be done.
He was so kind with my Dad and his knowledge really shown and he was very approachable. He sat with my Mum and me and went through every question we had as well as give us some fantastic advice. The advice was not only round how to help my Dad but also how to help my Mum so she doesn’t get burnt out and also gets the rest she needs.
My Dad has since passed and Mark came to pay his respects at the funeral where I told a family friend who is going through the same thing about Mark, who I know has also been In contact with him. I can’t thank Mark enough for the time he spent with my family and the advice he gave us. He was always available to take a call or message whenever we had any questions.
